Friends of God: Faithful All My Life

… all my life You have been faithful
And all my life You have been so, so good
With every breath that I am able
Oh, I will sing of the goodness of God

When we sang these words of praise this past Sunday morning in worship, it took my breath away. In an instant, my life “flashed by my soul” with a profound sense of gratitude.

From the time of my conception and throughout these 76 years … GOD!

He has seen me.
He has loved me.
He has carried me — through thick and thin, every step of my way.

God has been faithful and merciful and good.

The same is true of YOU, dear friends.

He has seen you.
He has loved you.
He has carried you — through thick and thin, every step of your way.

Why not sing along and watch His faithfulness and goodness in your life “pass before” you as you open your heart to Him.

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
    his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
    great is your faithfulness.
“The Lord is my portion,” says my soul,
    “therefore I will hope in him.”
Lamentations 3:22-24 ESV
